- Frustrated by the recent outbreaks of violence conducted by the Black Hand, Emperor Kazzer has questioned if the nation of Austin Setzer has any knowledge of where this group may come from. They are larger and more capable than initially thought, meaning that they may be receiving funding or support from another source.
- Several Black Hand camps in the countryside as well as cells in various cities have been neutralized by Kazzeran forces. Progress is in our favor, for now.

- The city of Hahli is placed in lockdown after the assassination. Police hope to limit Operation: Mindcrime's range. Little information on Mindcrime is available. It is unknown if there is a leader.
- Construction on the CIW airforce, to replenish carrier aircraft, has started.

As Jack Setzer was flying the helicopter "disguised" as a CIW heli...he aims the superweapon (which is either a nuke or worse, or can just turn a building into ashes, your choice) At the place where the CIW head diplomat lives, fires directly at the building, then runs.
Austin calls the hawk yet again, gives it another note saying all that has been said with a possession of Kazzerland's leader and sent it to kazzerland...he then said to the others "impressive huh? trained it myself...now...all the terrorist in our countries...the yagniz, black hand, and even mindcrime are all led by the same person...the question is who....we may be able to fend them off for now but they may retaliate worse...now...getting to further isuues--HOLY SH**" He then sees a VERY large airplane heading towards this exact floor and says "GET DOWN!!!!"

*Rytram looks up just in time to see one of the his Phoenix Fighters intercept the planes path causing both two explode just few yards from the building. The Building shakes, shrapnel and glass flies in threw the windows.*

*Rytram gets up brushes the rumble off, notices his right temple is bleeding slightly*

*Looks over notices one of this soldiers dead by a rouge piece of shrapnel, pulls out his phone and radios in the the 2nd in Command*

Rytram: "McNamee what's going on out there?"
McNamee: "Sorry sir it came out of know where at such a speed"
Rytram: "What's the Soldiers name that just saved us?"

*McNamee pauses hesitant*

McNamee: "sorry sir it was your nephew Jackson Nibu, shoulda seen him sir, the maneuvers he pulled just to get there in time i've never seen..."
Rytram: "Thanxs McNamee..."

*Rytram turns back to the others*

"Yes, we shall make them pay."

Radar officer- Picking up unknown air vehicle, establishing contact...

Commanding officer- Try twice more. If nothing they say matches up, initiate Vorazkh pursuit.

*ten minutes later*
Two Vorzakh interceptors sped off the runway, ready to give pursuit to the helicopter.
By the time they caught up, the heli was flying over some parks in Karadas, quickly approaching the house of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The planes launched their missiles, and the helicopter burst apart in a ball of flame. Shards rained down on the park, including an unknown substance...

Still dazed, and with numerous cuts on his limbs, Sudooku rose shaking, trying to grab a table fragment for support. A sharp pain was in his right arm, I'm too old for this he noted. He heard Austin's voice, vaguely. As his hearing returned, he noticed the man was cursing. Sudooku, still trying to stand, managed to hear the proposal. "We have no choice in this matter. We must," replied the Count. "If Kazzerland shall not join, I shall do my best to convince them."

Communique from Doctor X to ASLF

Who in their right minds ordered out that attack? Do you not fathom that I am trying to create a disenfranchised power base? Another attack like that, especially a successful one, will only further convince them to support the Confederacy! I cannot afford this, all my work in establishing a revolutionary movement is under threat because of this! The blockade is nothing! One of my assassins is already out preparing himself for his next target.
Lastly, whose decision was it to use my Anthrax Gamma concoction for this attack? This is too soon gentleman, at this stage they may yet find a cure for this. This is unacceptable.
I would advise you to leave the Confederacy to me. Further involvement will only endanger Operation: Mindcrime.

-As Jack Setzer jumped out the helicopter exploded as soon as he was out of range...he ended up crashing in front of two CIW police and he said "oh shoot...."

The Marshals and the Emperor are discussing matters of state as usual when a communications officer comes into the chamber
Comm. Officer: Emperor Kazzer! A large hawk...it landed in one of the outer windows. It came bearing a note from Austin Setzer. He hands the note to the Emperor
Kazzer reads the note, his face becoming more grim and and displeased as he goes
Emperor Kazzer: This is...interesting news, to say the least. The Black Hand is simply offspring of these greater fiends. There is a momentary pause... We will not have it. The Kazzeran Empire will join this new alliance of nations. Send word to our allies immediately!
Comm Officer: Yes, my Emperor! It will be done!

The Nordran Province
- Progress in Nordra has been significant. A regiment of Kazzeran infantry has launched a campaign on the Black Hand forces in the countryside. All of the camps and bases of this terrorist organization have been effectively eliminated in Nordra, except for their final bastion of defense. There is a large and heavily-fortified camp that is situated in a group of steep, rocky hills. A company of infantry was ordered to take the camp, but to no avail as of yet. They are currently laying siege to the well-entrenched defenders. It is known now that over half of the Black Hand forces were concentrated in the Nordran Province, meaning that a successful purging of their presence in that province will be a major step in the right direction.

"We cannot but strike at shadows," claimed Sudooku. He had recovered somewhat, and supported his right arm in his left hand. "If we want to end this quickly, we must cut off the snake's head. The center of Operation Mindcrime's activities appear to be in Hahli. No one can leave the city. It is only a matter of time before we find the leader. It is imperative that we find the whereabouts of ASLF leaders, otherwise, this conflict will be bloody and drawn out."

- CIW forces were able to prevent a possible terrorist attack today, conducted by helicopter. One individual has been captured and placed in custody. Officials believe Operation: Mindcrime is behind the attack, but no evidence of the culprit has been identified yet. An unknown, but corrosive and toxic liquid has been found at the scene of the crime and samples are being tested by CIW scientists.
- The first Midak-class fleet carriers have been completed. They are named as follows: the CNS Edward Head, CNS Arry, CNS Dickinson, CNS Murray, CNS Haich, CNS Nicko and the CNS Gers.
- Elections to replace the mayor of Hahli have begun.
