OOC: Uh, Austin, the effect of an event is decided by the suffering nation. And this is really out of nowhere. Give people some time to reply. The most you do for now is say Adolf declared war on the CIW and Neo Nibu and indicate army movements. How did your army get there so fast anyway? The CIW and Nibu are already separated by water from Austin, and Nibu even more so.

The silence in the meeting room was broken by a sporadic humming sound. "Oh, my apologies, my phone," said Sudooku. Vayzon is calling? Now? mused the Count as he established the connection.
"[Good] afternoon Sudooku. Bad news for ya."
"Most unfortunate. What is it?"
A sigh was heard on the other side of the telephone. "Adolf Setzer has declared war on us. And Nibu. I don't know how far he is."
The Count's voice dropped by almost an octave. "I see. Thank you for notifying me. I will inform Grevious. I wish you the best." He heard Vayzon breaking the connection.
Putting away his, phone, Sudooku appeared to be hit heavily with the news. "former (President?Emperor?) Setzer, Grevious, Adolf Setzer has declared war on our nation and that of Neo Nibu."
"That narrows our options," said Grevious, while staring blankly at the table, "We must proceed with the invasion immediately. We cannot use the tunnel option for fear of the safety of our homeland. I will inform our Admiral. Our ships will fire on any craft that is not ours. We will load the infantry, APCs and ATVs onto the landing craft. Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori."

"With the authority vested in me by Count Sudooku, I proclaim the CIW to be at war with Adolf Setzer! Our brothers will stop them at their own beaches! And if they do not, let them see that we will not give up our beloved homeland with out a big brawl!"
Prime Minister Vayzon returns the declaration of war with Adolf Setzer with this broadcast.

-slightly annoyed Austin Setzer said in a frustrated voice....fine if you wont join us in the invasion we will do it ourselves...austin yells something in a foreign voice "SCHNELL! THE INVASION HAS BEGUN" as a army of over 10 million go into the tunnel austin salutes the others, gets a batlle gun, and goes into the tunnel first.

-President Eden's Investigation into the Yagniz has revealed contact between Adolf Setzer and Medusa Riddle
-The SBI went to bring Medusa Riddle & Tom Riddle in for questioning but neither could be located
-Evidence has surfaced that the Yagniz were the ones responsible for the death of late Senator Jebadia Nibu, the Emperor's younger cousin. Sir Knottt District Senator Jebadia had apparently been fallowing up on rumor that the Yagniz had been gathering in numbers at Mt. Orodruin, when finding the rumor true he was killed made to look as if an accident. Troops have been dispatched to the site now.

in the Adolf Setzer Death camp (ALSO KNOWN AS NO ENEMY PASS) two soldiers manning an AA gun are talking
1: i dont like being in the army....they came and took me away in the night....
2: oh yeah well they took me in front of my family....
1: ya these are tough times...tougher since we now have to fight Austins armys....
2: ya if i had the chance id join them...ENEMY PLANE 9 O CLOCK HIGH
The AA guns shoot a heat seeking missle heads towards the one knows as "the 2nd red baron" or Red leader to Neo Nibus armys...

-In the dark mysterious, small tunnel Austin Setzer is leading his army through and he finally finds his way into the the town...he kills all soldiers with no detection....*he sends a radio message to CIW and Neo Nibu saying* make your ships fire at the army bases and the troops go in the tunnel...its our only hope...i found dark plans foretelling a dark future....

- he comes up to the camera and says in a heavy german accent....you are all doomed....you cannot win in this war...our draft gives us over 300 million soldiers that can easily wipe out towns....if you DARE attack us we will kill EVERY one of your citizens

After Austin Setzer left the CIW had established an impromptu headquarters. Sudooku decided to return to Karadas for morale reasons. General Grevious listened to the Austin Setzer's radio message. "Negative," replied Grevious. "Our troops will engage Adolf's army on the beaches. Keep them from going anywhere. This will give your forces enough distraction to take the capital with little casualties. However, our cruisers will do their best to target all military concentrations, army bases included. Once Adolf's army has surrendered, we will link up at the capital. I will also send you a SpecOps detachment with two of our commandos Conrad and Higgins. I wish you the best. Grevious Out."

"Sir, new arrivals on Austin Setzer island. The fighter planes appear to be of Neo Nibu!"
Well then, let's meet our allies mused Grevious as he stood up.

Supercarrier CNS Dargor:
"The vampire has the skin of a killer! Repeat, vamp has skin of a killer!" The message blared through the speakers on the command deck.
"That's our cue boys!" said Admiral Midak. "We have permission to engage! Targets found?"
"Yes sir, we are relaying orders to our cruisers. We also have sighted Adolf's army near the beaches, in an attempt to stop us."
"Well that isn't going to happen as long as we have control of the seas! Send'em a warning shot. If I don't see a white flag in ten minutes, all cruisers engage!"
"Admiral, message from CIW command! Assault boats will attempt to create a beachhead under cruiser cover. Grevious has also sent one tank division from Ehlek Isle. It will take some time before they arrive though."
"Roger that. Let's ruin their day."

Austin Setzer island meeting room, CIW High command:
Commander Certavus sat in front of a computer screen with communication systems surrounding it.
Login authentication read the computer screen. "Vahki uplink successful," said a voice recording. "Welcome Back, Commander."
The screen shifted to a diagram. "Today's threat level is: Severe"
The screen shifted again to a slideshow of a sort. "Recently a coup in Austin Setzer by Adolf Setzer has destabilized the country. Leader Adolf has embarked on an isolationist policy and threats to nations of Trav Khar. Austin Setzer escaped the chaos and retook his island with militia forces. Adolf Setzer has declared war on former Austin Setzer allies Neo Nibu and the Confederacy of Independant Warlords and threatens both nations with invasion and nuclear war. Recent civil unrest in Neo Nibu brings the nation's ability to respond to Adolf Setzer under question. Austin Setzer himself plans for a sneak attack on the capital with his militia forces. The Confederacy's Armed Forces will occupy Adolf's army to allow him to do so.
The screen shifted to a different selection of photos. YOU have been assigned command of CIW Battlegroup Beta, granting control of the 8th Infantry, the 5rd Mechanized Infantry and the 2nd Light Armor."
The screen became blank except for three words:
"GOOD LUCK, COMMANDER."

- General Grevious has ordered full mobilization of the CIW Armed Forces.
- While there is no government response on the recent actions of the Yagniz, the CIW government will likely condemn the actions of the Yagniz. It is unlikely that the CIW will provide military assistance to Neo Nibu until the threat of the nuclear devastation of the CIW has been removed (aka until Adolf is deposed).

-Over 10 million of Adolf Setzers armys have surrendured already and join the rebels side
-A huge army of 100 battleships, 50 submarines, and 18 air craft carriers are currently attacking the CIW navy
-In the newly named ASAMFF (Austin Setzer Armed Militia for Freedom) Austin Setzer is slowly approaching the surrounding citys when a army of 100 thousand comes to attack. A small battle consumes but when they realize its not CIW or Neo Nibu they throw down their weapons and rush to the other army wanting to join them. We have many uniforms left. As the newly formed recruits welcomed and charished their new side we realize that no one likes adolf and he needs to be deposed
-Unfortunatly the Adolf Setzer Army has begun to produce nuclear weapons....they have built over 50 nukes so far and probably plan to use them...the citizens have been evacuated to safe towns all over the country...only the army of 310 million remains in the main citys....
P.S i know 310 million is unlikely but they called a draft to get everyone they can to fight...

OOC: Well numbers don't win always win battles anyway. Rome: Total War is my favorite example to show that.
BTW the CIW fleet near Austin Setzer is composed of 2 supercarriers, 5 aircraft carriers, and around 15 cruisers, 25 frigates, 50 destroyers and 8 assault boats. Around 20 submarines are also present.

Command deck of the destroyer CNS Pahrak
Bridge officer- "Sir we are in range of the Setzer army base. Permission to fire?"
Commander- "Not yet. Admiral Midak wants it on his command."
Radar operator 1- "Sir, incoming contact. Unknown classification!"
Radar operator 2- "It's closing distance fast!"
Bridge officer- "A missile, how'd it get there!?"
Commander- "It's too close! Activate CIWS!"
Bridge officer- "Oh cra-"

CNS Dargor
Communications officer- "Admiral, the Pahrak's been hit! Communications indicate a missile attack. Source is likely ship-based."
Admiral Midak- "The Setzer Navy!? Now!?"
Comms officer"I'm receiving data. around a hundred battleships. I count around 20 aircraft carriers."
Midak- "They must have submarines too." We're out numbered, mused Midak. He drew breath.
"Very well. All assault ships retreat behind the rest. Invasion stays out of the picture till they surrender or are sent to the Locker! Stay out of their range till the crews are mobilized! I want air wings deployed pronto! Focus on the carriers, we can outrange the battleships for now. I want sonobouys deployed! Berixes focus on sub detection! We can still win this!"

In the minutes after the attack on the Pahrak, the CIW fleet transformed from a silent dread to a mobile, though systematic, chaos. Ships were turning, and decks started to bristle with activity. The first Geonos fighters were deployed soon after, the cruisers and destroyers prepared their missiles and locked on their targets.

Midak- "Lariska."
Radio officer- "Yes Admiral."
Midak- "Send a request for aid to the Nibu fleet. And our home fleet soon after. This is gonna be a tight battle, and I fear both sides will take heavy casualties."

Austin Setzer island, CIW High Command
Communications officer- "General Grevious, the Austin Setzer navy has engaged our advance fleet!"
Grevious- "They have a navy!? How come they show up but now?"
Comms officer- "I don't know sir. Their late entrance is puzzling. They appear to outnumber our fleet, but battleships compose the majority of their fleet."
Grevious- "That evens the odds. Tactical placement?"
Comms officer- "Some type of flanking attack. The CIW fleet should be responding right now."
Grevious- "Odd. They could have assaulted when our fleet was spread in a blockade, hit us when divided. Now our fleet is somewhat concentrated. This will even tactical advantages."
-Comms officer- "Sir, a call for aid has been sent to us and the Nibu fleet."
Grevious- "Send half the remaining home fleet on their way. They may be too late, but damn they should finish whatever Adolf has left after this standoff. The pride of the CIW will not sink in ignominious defeat. I also need to know, any Austin Setzer navy members defected from Adolf?"
Comms officer- "Roger that sir."

-Count Sudooku has proclaimed that those who defect to the CIW side have the choice to fight with the CIW or the ASAMFF against Adolf, or receive temporary haven on Austin Setzer's island or Ehlek Isle.
-The CIW SpecOps detachment and the two commandos have linked up with the ASAMFF.

-As Admiral Auleb Setzer watches the ships sink he says "i Want the AA guns at the ready...I also want a missle sent to the communacations tower" A sound of a missle is heard. "good now i want a couple of planes to load up with the new "fire bombs" ...they are a type of bomb that will go on fire in midair... Another soldier setzer says: are you sure? it will kill everyone in the water from the oil...Auleb Setzer says: it will also damage there moral...GO! Soldier: yes sir


-In the small submarine a soldier came up to a CIW ship...as the soldier said "FIRE!" a torpedo came speeding up to the ship.

OOC: Uh, Austin, that last part is a bit unrealistic. As you can see on my facts page, my navy possesses dedicated anti-submarine planes and ships, along with the sonobuoys. Surfacing close to my fleet is suicide here.

Someone whose function I don't know- Locking... *presses button* there, won't see him bothering us anymore.
Kualus- Excellent.

CNS Dargor, Command bridge
Bridge officer- Admiral sir, estimates put half of our airfleet airborne. We have Vorzakhs and Gorasts present.
Admiral Midak- markedly quick. I want our carrier airfleet deployed before we engage the Setzer navy. First we turtle.
Bridge officer- Copy that sir.

By now the cruisers and destroyers had fired, sending approximately two sea-skimmer anti-shipping missiles per aircraft carrier.

-FIRE! the AA gun officer said and as a missle speeds to each CIW plane 100 of the ASNA (adolf Setzer National Army) planes attack CIW ships.
-This is Fire one permission to fire? Granted...dropping bomb now...all the waters of the Tiger isle are now on fire.
-The navy officer laughed, because those werent ordinary missles, they were cluster bombs so when those sea darts came up they would be in for a surprise...
-A missle was speeding to CNS Dargor's command bridge and ammunition holds...

OOC: What happened to my anti-shipping missiles?
And the CNS Dargor's an aircraft carrier. I'm pretty sure that that thing holds no ammunition.
And an AA gun is an Anti-Air gun. Thing can't fire missiles. My planes haven't gone over to your fleet anyway.

Defense grid officer (the unnamed dude from the last part)-Sea dart enga... What? Clusters?
Captain Kualus- Those Bastards! Goalkeeps. Now. We'll tear the remnants of the clusters to shreds.

Command bridge
Radar Officer- Admiral sir, incoming contacts! The Setzer Airforce has arrived. Estimated round a hundred.
Admiral Midak- How they have more carriers but less planes is beyond me. All air units, fire at will.
Comms officer- Copy that.
Ensign- Sir, the waters!
Midak- fuel air bombs! Localized blazes, limited by the spread of chemicals. How do they get bombers onto carriers- those things can't fit! *clenches fist* They will pay for this. I thought my adversary might have a modicum of respect-warriors respect. It doesn't seem right. Cluster munitions, flame weaponry, sneak attacks... My adversary is willing to cross the line to pummel us into the waters.
Explosions began to appear in his vision as Admiral Midak grabbed the comms apparatus. With tension in his voice, he spoke, "Men and women of the Confederacy! I need you to know this! Our enemy is not beyond using underhanded tactics! Our lost brothers lie burning to the unjustified hate the enemy has for us! Make this stand, this effort count for them. We will avenge them with the unbridled fury the rampaging Kardas Dragon has! Victory remains clear in our vision, and with your heroic efforts we shall yet see to it!"
Midak could feel the disheartened spirits of his subordinates, no, his crew, rise yet again. The sadness of the brutality of the enemy, was converted into a vengeance. Have we truly always been warriors? Is the blood of our pirate ancestors truly in us? thought Midak. The situation began to look irrationally grim.
*a sudden quake is felt by all on the bridge*
Comms officer- captain, cluster missile hit grazed the base of the bridge! Structural damage unconfirmed as of yet!
Where are those reinforcements... mused Midak as he turned to face the developing battlefield...

-On international TV it was interrupted by Adolf Setzer saying "no one can stop us now...i am here to make a point of things..." he comes up to a small family, about 7 people cowering in Fear...he says "THIS is what happens and WILL happen to those who challenge us...this small family was caught trying to escape to the Island....FIRE!" the sounds of gunshots are heard and the family falls over one by one, each letting out a scream of terror before being eternally silenced...and then he comes up to the screen and laughs at all the people fighting him...btw this was on EVERY Tv set in Trav Khar
-As the Navy officer looks at the destruction he says "arm AS MANY PLANES AS IT TAKES to the brim with explosives, cluster bombs, and fire bombs AND TAKE OUT THOSE SHIPS ONE BY ONE! WE MUST WIN THIS BATTLE!" so the planes took off with suicide one saying "heading to The CNS Dargor...taking FIRE!...MY PLANES IN FLAMES! IM FALLING TO THE FUEL TANKS NOW!" and as the speeding on fire plane comes to the ship they all see it.
-Austin Setzer said "well this situation is getting dire...we better hurry up if we want to GAH!!" as he was speaking he was shot by a bullet from a sniper , he fell off of his horse clutching his chest in pain as the soldiers around him cried and said MEDIC! WHERE IS THAT GOD DANG MEDIC! the announcers said the rebel leader was shot in battle, if hes dead is unknown

OOC: What do you mean 'hit the missile'? I sent about 40. And they were not targeting 'one' missile. They were targeting your carriers.
And about the AA guns, Wikipedia might help you on that.
BTW the CNS Dargor is nuclear-powered, like most aircraft carriers (a closely-kept CIW secret). That thing has no fuel tanks, and if it did they're not flammable anyway.
Where is Austin Setzer right now? Your capital? I can RP my commandos and SpecOps if I know about more about ASAMFF. Could be fun. Killing Adolf could get the naval battle into a draw.

It was utter chaos now. War was always chaotic, but the dishonorable tactics of the ASNA exacerbated the situation. At least two ships were heavily damaged by the new kamikaze plane move.
Midak- All Geonos and Vorzakhs focus on the Setzer airforce! I need Fenrakk attention too! If those bastards even have honor, it's twisted beyond belief! Are they getting desperate? Does this mean that we are winning?
Radio officer- Sir, we have identified the enemy flagship through centralized broadcast detection.
Midak- Take advantage of that. I'm getting SICK of his attempts to cut the snake off at the head. Send our subs. They've been useless till now. I want them to prepare an ambush. Don't attack them yet, but wait and count on their stealth. Once the airforce is out of the way he will have no submarine-detection equipment left.
