-a major rally was taken place in the capital square, protesting against alowing gonzdara into the TKU, they called themselves the NASM (National Austin Setzer Motion) but there was another rally at the plaza across from it, they called themselves ASPAM (Austin Setzer Peace Around The world Movement) saying we must have all nations like us to succed, unfortunatly violent fighting broke out between the two and now it seems we have many troubles, due to this arguement, the police have been sent in

Gregory Mercer turns off Austin Setzer News and turns around in his chair to face the Gonzdarian Council. He suddenly yells out in a booming voice "My fellow Gonzdarians, it is my belief that we cannot allow Austin to suffer like this. This poor nation is rioting in the streets and it is our fault. This is why I have drafted a new bill to be sent to Austin Setzer immidiently, I will read it alloud now."

The Terror Defence Act: A proposition to stop terrorism in Trav Khar
Under this Act, all members of The Trav Khar Union must;
-DISARM ALL NUCLEAR WEAPONRY OVER THE NEXT 10 YEARS (to make sure the terrorists dont obtain them somehow)
-When confronted with the threat of terrorism in any given nation of the Union, all other members are pledged to provide support the given nation financially until the threat is stopped.
-When confronted with the threat of terrorism in any given nation of the Union, all other members are given the ability to build a large military base to confront the threat, inside of the other nation. These bases would have the ability to produce (UNNUCLEAR) weapons, and import/export goods.
- When confronted with the threat of terrorism in any given nation of the Union, all other members have the right to defend from, attack, and execute the alleged terrorist if neccesary.

The Gonzdarian Council claps as Gregory Mercer finishes reading the bill. Later, as the bill is being sent to the Trav Khar Union, Mercer writes a letter to Austin Setzer.

"Hello, it's me again. I would just like to let you know that I, and my whole nation, are very sorry about the riots that occured as a result of our descision on the nuclear dissarmament bill. I have revised your bill and have sent you my version. Nuclear weapons will be dissarmed, but there are just a few minor changes. I would advise you allow this bill to pass, if only for the good of your nation."

Dear Gonzdara,
Thank you for having this sudden change of heart, we appreciete it, yet we cannot destroy ALL nuclear weaponry, just most of it, as you said, we need some to defend ourselves, but i will destroy most of them like in the TKU schedule, yet we are not poor and overriden with terrorism, we are just to free sometimes, but our nation holds that feature dear and will never give that up. look ahead for our support.
he then walked up to the podium to make an important sppech, a grim look comes over his face
"my fellow countrymen.....we are faced....with the greatest of challenges...we have been under attack, by the Austin Setzer Liberation Front.....ALL the terrorist attacks...including the *sob* death of over 70 million countrymen due to the nuclear attack of those scum.....a month ago, we formed the Trav Khar International Defenders.....that operation was a failure....we must fight these scum....THEY were the ones that caused Adolf Setzer to take power...THEY were the ones who nuked us...THEY EVEN BLEW OFF MY FACE A YEAR AGO *shows part of face that is still opened and wounded*....AND WE WILL BE VICTORIUS OVER THEM!....in fact...i brought a "political prisoner" here today...bring him here...*at that moment Jack Setzer, a well known terrorist is kicked onto the stage, bloody and batered*....now...tell me EVERYTHING....*he says "no"*...well then, ill just have to kill you, like you have to countless others...*Austin then gets a gun and "POW"....the transmission cuts off there

"Im sorry, I must have misunderstood the meaning behind the first nuclear dissarmament. The bill has been rewritten to say MOST nuclear weapons. So do I have your support on ALL the things mentioned in the Terror Defence Act?
Oh, and by the way, I saw the transmition, and I admire the way you dealt with that...vagabond.

another letter is sent to Skooby Snaks:

"Hello friend. Its always nice to catch up with a fellow Imperial Party member. I assume you will be coming to the next Imperial Party gathering this weekend? I hear some members from other regions will be showing up as well. Anyways, I hope I can count on your support in the Terror Defence Act that I proposed in the Trav Khar Union.

another letter is sent to Kardas:

"Greetings from Gonzdara. I have not yet had the honor of touring your marvelous nation, but I soon plan to. I have a proposition to make to you. Our biological research center is soon to make a very important breakthrough in gene manipulation, but they believe they need to study the dragons that inhabit your nation. Would it be ok if we where to build a research center on your soil. This research center would not be making anything dangerous, and it can also act as an embassy for our nation. Do you agree?

"Small forces of footsoilders, led by a squad of Gonzdarian Knights, have been mobilized to protect the border between Gonzdara and Austin Setzer while preforming minor sweeps through the outer rims of the nation."

a few hours later

"Citizens are angry that their government is fighting to protect Austin Setzer, a nation they generally dislike, so far no rioting or major protests have occured. Police forces have been alerted to do everything they can to keep the peace....oh this just in, Gregory Mercer has announced everyone will be receiving free cake...this just in, also, the whole nation cheers our soilders on as they fight valiently to protect our friends Austin Setzer."

@ Austin: your perception of the Security Council is not entirely correct. If an SC member vetoes resolution, then it won't pass. However, only the five permanent SC members have veto power.
BTW Gonzdara, good job on your facts thread.

- Count Sudooku is intrigued by the TKU, and intends for the CIW to join. He also reiterated that the CIW also supports nuclear disarmament.
- General Grevious announced that the CIW will give military support to the Austin Setzer government, justified as both are TKIND members. Forces on Ehlek Isle, including the newly formed navy Battlefleet Maiden (containing the CNS Edward Head, CNS Arry, CNS Dickinson, CNS Murray, CNS Haich, CNS Nicko and the CNS Gers).

Dear King Mercer,
I thank you your compliments on our nation. I intend to visit Gonzdara myself, perhaps after this issue in Austin Setzer is over. I approve the construction of the biological research facility, but I warn you that Kardas Dragons are quite hard to domesticate and can be extremely destructive if irked. As for your pessimistic comment on Trav Khar affairs, there are times that I agree, but hopefully it can be avoided.

oh and about the "pessimistic comment on Trav Khar affairs" what are you referening? If it was the letter I sent to Austin Setzer, then noone else has seen that yet.

In an Army Transport Vehicle:
Captain Rodrick (Leader of the Gonzdarian Knights)- "Gear up men, it wont be long until we reach the capital of Austin Setzer. We are going to be using hit and run tactics to ensure a minimal loss of life on our part. Our most important mission is to bring the lot of you back home in one piece. If you see someone moving, shoot them. If you see a dog wandering the streets, shoot it. If a leaf is blowing in the wind and you think it might be a threat, than F***ing shoot it."

Gregory Mercer walks down the stairs that lead out of his office. He takes a stroll out of Central Command and looks up at the sky. He pulls a lever hidden inside of a ****** (information classified). A hole appears in the grass. Mercer climbs down a long ladder and eventually reaches the home of the Gonzdarian Knights. Mercers apperance is greeted by a collective cheer and a few grunts from the Knights. "How are my best men this fine evening". A tall man named Arthur looks up and says "Very good sir, we think we might have located a doctor who is developing a cure for spon plague, he would be usefull on the council". "Thats all very good, but what im really interested in is the securing of that land I want, is everything going as planned". Arhur nods and Mercer flashes him a toothy grin. "Very good".

OOC: Somthing bigger than a nuke? I dont know about that, I mean we couldnt realisticly play that off without involving every country in Trav Khar and starting armagedon. I would accept defeat if maby you had a very deadly thrown explosive or somthing that could take out 1 or a handfull of squads maby, I could even go with super powerful long range missles? As long as there was an actual fight. But I could see total nuclear war with what your doing. What do you think Kardas?
