On unrelated news, I've added the ripple effect to the flags. Normally, I'd use overlay in photoshop, but the colors didn't come out nicely, so IIRC, I used the hard light effect for the ripple layer. Enjoy! For the rest, the current ideas sound nice. Sorry I've been inactive.

I have begun to write out the Sixth Society document, but it is going to take a while, and be really really long to include everything. Spent a few hrs on it already and am not yet half way, not sure when I will have the first draft done for a review, with the holidays coming up, might be a while.
Here's what I have thus far;
The Sixth Society Charter I. The Sixth Dawn II. People of the Sixth Society III. House of Lords IV. Society Factions V. Sixth Society Vault
I. The Sixth Dawn Once upon a time... Or maybe twice there was an unearthly paradise called Trav Khar. Born in the age of Nationstates antiquity, Trav Khar has seen many metamorphoses. First settled by the righteous band lead by Neo Nibu, who lead his exiled brothers out of corrupted lands of Solarius. They established Trav Khar, and saw that it was good. Under the founder fathers Trav Khar flourished and grew into an incredible golden age, but a traitor was among them. A Solarian spy deceived the people of Trav Khar and turned them against their forefathers. The false prophet tainted the people's hearts, ending the golden age and founder father's rule leading to creation of the twisted Trav Khar Union. The Union was but a perverse shadow of what was, and slowly destroyed itself. The fall of the Union lead to a period of emptiness, Trav Khar was left barren for many years until the return of it's true founder. Neo Nibu and his righteous band retook the land freeing it from the shadow that had long left it tainted. So began the age of the phoenix, from the ashes arose the Trav Khar Federation. The Federation thrived and spanned across many regions united in brotherhood. The Federation grew so large it was unable to maintain its own weight, the Federation fell apart and Trav Khar began to slumber once again. Only to be awoken once again, to rise up to a new dawn. So begins the birth of the Sixth Society.
II. People of the Sixth Society I. Nativeship A. Any nation within Trav Khar or its territories shall be recognized as a native. B. Natives have the following rights; -Right to free speech -Right to a fair trial -Right to join the forum and become citizens
II. Citizenship A. All natives who join the forum gain Citizenship. B. Citizens have the following rights; -Right to vote in elections and referendums -Right to run in elections -Right to join factions -Right to build one faction and co-found multiple factions C. Citizens can be taxed by the House of Lords. D. Citizenship can be revoked by the House of Lords.
III. House of Lords I. The House of Lords shall be the governing body, holding the highest authority of the Sixth Society. A. The House of Lords has the authority to pass laws and enact policies by majority vote. B. The House of Lords has the authority to establishes or dissolve; Alliances, Territories / Provinces, and Associations with other regions, by majority vote. C. The House of Lords has the authority to pass judgment on lawbreakers by majority vote. -Crimes include; Spying on Trav Khar for a foreign region, Multiple accounts on the forum, Money laundering, overly fraudulent spamming of the forum in order to gain Society Silver, any act considered by two or more Lords as hostile to the region. -Punishment can include but not limited to; Banishment temporary or permanent, Citizenship revoked, or a Society Silver fine.

Hey Cant, my apologies for not getting back to you alot sooner.
"where would the manifesto be located?"
A faction / house manifesto will be located on the established faction / house's board, ex-faction / ex-house manifestos will have their own board made for record when needed.
"who is going to manage the vault?"
That will be the House of Lords, details are still being hammered out, but should be more clear in the final version of the charter.
"id like to either apply for the postion of lord labor ....but im not sure how it would work since im(( i think although kardas has more silver technically .. but he is inactive lord silver does that mean i can not be lord labor?"
If one holds a Lord position already they can't hold a second, so with the Lord Silver position whoever has the most silver among those who are not currently a Lord becomes the Silver Lord which will shift often as people gain and spend silver. I'd recommend running for a Lord position to avoid having to worry about having the most silver, particular if you wana build a faction which will cost silver to do.
"and one final question ... iassume that the military would fall on the lord protector ?"
Well the military is one thing not yet outlined in the Charter, I think our next military will spring from a new established faction someone builds, I might if I think i'll be active enough, I still have plans to maybe eventually do a multi-region military group, but its kinda up in the air. --------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------
