From the Office of the Arch Chancellor
Since our last update, a special military update has been released showing the success of the FRA at minor update. This can be viewed in full here:

The FRA has cut back and concentrated most of its resources into combating raids at the 'Minor' update with some success. We have over 35 successful defences and four liberations since our last update on the 13th September. This is testament to the highly skilled and experienced nature of the Rangers; and hard work of our Chief of Defence Frattastan; when in recent months defender success has been few and far between. The FRA continues to work hard and closely with its fellow defender organisations in TITO and UDL, and with the slight change in variance effecting gameplay we hope to build upon these successful defences in order to further protect regions safety and security.
The Intelligence department has been hard at work. As usual the work is classified. If you would like to become involved in this kind of work please contact Guy on the FRA forums.
In other news, the Speaker of the Assembly, along with his Deputy People United Together of Atrigeas, have been busy at working dealing with a number of proposals and amendments to the Charter, as well as a plethora of 'Conferences' that have erupted in the Regional Assembly. One such conference has been discussing the future and direction of the FRA, posing serious questions about its current state and how the FRA should proceed in the coming weeks and months. All views are welcome and constructive criticism is encouraged.
After the retirement of our beloved Chin-Chillas there has been a hole in our Admin team on the FRA boards, and so Frattastan and for some unknown reason Wopruthien have been appointed as admins to the FRA forums. If you experienced any technical difficulties on the FRA forums, 'blame Wop' as he has most likely been playing around with the Admin CP again.
Finally the debate surround the naming of the 'Defender of the Year Award' formerly the 'Eurosoviets Award' seems to be reaching some kind of conclusion with a slight majority supporting the retention of its current name. However if you would like your say please follow the link below:

Once again if there is any stories from our member regions you would like the FRA to cover in our updates please contact Wopruthien with the details.
