From the Office of the Arch Chancellor
Greetings one and all.
So it appears after a slight communication problem, the previous update did not get distributed. As such a lot has happened since our last update over a month ago.
In old news, there has been debate in the Regional Assembly as to the Chain of Command and to what procedures should be in-place if a Cabinet Member becomes inactive and or impeached.
New elections have been held in the FRA. The incumbent Arch Chancellor Wopruthien narrowly beat Likako Nehio to once again return to head of the Alliance for the second consecutive term. Guy, the incumbent Minister of Intelligence was re-elected to continue his excellent work in the intel department. The Speaker of the Assembly saw Wibblefeet return once again after a short hiatus elected to continue the work of the outgoing Speaker Kogvuron. Finally in election news Likako Nehio of New Sorvun returned to the position of Regional Liaison Officer.
The 'Defender of the Year' award formerly the Eurosoviets Award has recently seen a petition for a name change to 'Free4all/Ballotonia Award. To get involved in the debate or offer an alternative choice for the Defender of the Year Award please follow the link below:

It has been a quiet month for the Rangers, Soviet Union one of our member regions was sadly invaded, but TITO as well as our Rangers restored order. Our thanks go out to TITO for their swift assistance. We have also seen an increased number of Rangers with 'older' soldiers returning to the battlefield. This has ensured a resurgence in the FRA presence with the Rangers being deployed to three successful defences, including the The Dictatorship Alliance, Persian Empire, Targa and one liberation within the last two weeks.
Currently there is no confirmed candidate for the position of Chief of Defence. The situation will be rectified within the next few days to ensure the Rangers are not affected by this transition.
As per Wopruthien's election mandate, a new conference will be held in the Regional Assembly, open to any Regional Member or Ranger to discuss the direction of the Founderless Regions Alliance and how to ensure sustained activity. Fundamental changes to the make up of the Alliance will be discussed and the FRA welcomes any and all constructive input.
If there are any news stories from your member regions you would like mentioned in the next update contact Wopruthien.
