History: Many years ago, a fellowship of Dwarves were sent out from the Kardas Kingdom, they were told to go to the faraway Chaotic North to search for new sources of gold. But somthing went wrong, in the Chaotic Wasteland, the Dwarves went mad. In their madness they were reached by a presence, maby a god, maby a side-affect of their insanity, but they called this pressence Hashut, and they worshipped it as a god. The Dwarves spent so much time in the Chaotic Wasteland that they began to morph and change, some grew hooves, some grew horns, and the ones that didnt morph still worse more devious looking armor and began to braid their beards, a taboo in regular dwarven society. Another Dwarven taboo they took up was the regular practice of magic, and their Leaders soon became Socerers and Wizards. The old Dwarves of Kardas presumed these Dwarves to be dead, and made no effort to recover them. In their abandonment, the Chaos Dwarves had grown to hate the Dwarves, for no particular reason really, it was simply that the regular Dwarves were now their counter-parts, but there were far too few Chaos Dwarves to ever attack the Dwarves, so they built up their armies another way, with their Slaves. Ever since the Chaos Dwarves settled down in the Chaotic Wasteland, they used Slaves, their major city, Zhar-Nuggrund, was almost completley driven by Slave labor. When the Dwarves began using their Slaves for war to attack the Dwarves, they simply took all of their heavy labor (Orcs, Trolls, Giants, ect) and converted them into Soilders. Thus, the Chaos Dwarf Armies were born. The Armies only seem to want to take Slaves and destory their old Dwarven relatives, but how they will acomplish this, that is the question, isnt it?

ArmiesTypically, Chaos Dwarves avoid war, as odd as that seems to their nature. Chaos Dwarves prefer to use trickery and magic to acheive their goals of destroying the Dwarves of Order. When Chaos Dwarf Soilders are seen however, they are usually in small units with the intention of capturing Slaves. This does not mean however, that Chaos Dwarf Armies dont exist, in fact they are a very well trained amd regular part of Chaos Dwarf Society. When Armies of this calibur are seen, they are almost always composed of large amounts of Slaves, led by small units of Chaos Dwarves, and whole legions of seige weapons. A typical Chaos Dwarf Slave Driver in Battle Armor. Equipped with a Greataxe, a ball and chain, a crossbow, and several runes and enchantments.A typical Warrior Slave of a Chaos Dwarf Army. Equipped with random assortments of blades, bows, and hammers.A Chaos Dwarf Captain. These Soilders were the most affected by Chaotic Mutation, and therefore are usually the Leaders of any proper Chaos Dwarf Unit. They are equppied similar to regular Chaos Dwarf Soilders, but also have a huge array of Demonic Gifts and Powers.A Hobgoblin Wolfrider. Equipped with bows and spears. These strange offbrand of Goblins were selected to be the Head-Slaves many years ago. They command all of the normal Slaves, and throw themselves into battle more often, in exchange for better treatment. The Chaos Dwarves use this to their advantage to direct all of the Slaves hatred towards the Hobgoblins instead of the Chaos DwarvesA Hellcannon. Only one of the many seige weapons that the Chaos Dwarves make in their underground furnaces. This one is the most commonly used though, and has the power to spit giant balls of fire at Enemies

Society
Living- Chaos Dwarves live in the Chaos Wastes, a horrible place filled with monsters and disasters everywhere you turn. However, the Chaos Dwarves seem unaffected by this, and generally enjoy themselves here. In traditional Dwarven fashion, they build their cities up, not down, so that they inhabit giant stone owers that hundreds of feet into the earth. The inside of their cities are mostly made up of furnaces, mines, and workshops for the hundreds of thousands of Slaves working there, but usually there are also shrines to Hashut, barracks for the soilders, and a few nice bars. The capital city of Zhar-Nuggrud, contains almost 80% of all Chaos Dwarves and their Slaves, but there are still several other, if less magnificent, cities.
Leaders- The Chaos Dwarves are always led by their Sorcerer. All Chaos Dwarves have the ability to cast chaos magic, but i usually only one or two that will actually do it, which is how they select their Supreme Sorcerer. The problem with chaos magic, is that Dwarves were never meant to use it, so every spell they cast turns a little bit of their skin into hard stone, until they are eventually turned into a statue. When Chaos Dwarv Kings inevitably turn into status, they use them to decorate the Great Hall, creating a sadistic monument of all of their past Leaders.
Law - The Supreme Sorcerer's word is law
