History of Scooby Snaks- in the mid 1800s, a small group of settlers from various TK countries joined forces and settled in a small valley which was named Scoobicus Snakimilius Citia, which in modern language is translated to Skooby Snaks City. After 20 years of isolation, they wanted to explore the 'wild west' as they callled it. They crossed the Kline Mountains and ran straight into a group of native called the Bellivick Indians. They got along pretty well for about 30 years, being taught the land from the Bellivick and intoduced the native to guns and horses. The intigrated society soon began turned to sectionism, they were taught to hate the others. Many skirmishes broke out between the societies, and it soon erupted into wars.
These societes operated as seperate nations until 1978, when a young 17 year old named Nick White took charge of the Scoobicus Snakimilias army and rampaged through all of the other societies, killing thousands, integrating them all under the Scoobicus Snakimilias name. The few remaining pure blood Bellivicks fled to the upper west border of the nation, where they remain. The name of the nation was shortend to Scooby Snaks.
Federal Government
The Federal Government consists of a Executive Branch that includes the President/Vice President, as well as various cabinet members appointed by the President. The bicameral Legeslative Branch consists of the S.S. Grand Senate (12 senators- one from each district), and the General Legeslature (members vary based on population).
Political Parties
There are currently two main political parties in Scooby Snaks. Their formation dates back to the signing of the S.S. Constitution in 1986. Most members that wrote the constitution wanted a strong Federal Gov't because they felt strong leadership would help the new republic thrive. These people formed a party called the Populist Party, which in 2002 was renamed the Working Families Party (WF). Their opponents, who favored very weak Fed. Govt and led by military leader Nick White, formed the Free Republic Party (FR). In the 2010 elections, Lawyer Frank Simon of the WFP defeated Nick White with 54% of the vote to 39%.
The Simon Regime
Simon has been praised by liberals, but many conservatives have rejected him as thier president, citing him as a communist. As of mid January, Simon has not worked with congress on any issues, causing many to speculate he is a dictator. He said he will not lift the State Advisory that was put into effect, allowing police and soldirs to walk the streets.

While the official religion is the Church of Scooby Snaks, many religions have grown in SS, especially in the very diverse Scooby Snaks City.
