The History of Seattile

The history of The Republic of Seattile is a long (and bloody) history, so it will be told in segments, 1771-1780 colonization, 1788-1793 revolution. Oh and some, pitcures, and maps.

Colonization: 1771-1780

The Republic of Seattile was first the colony of a kingdom that is thousands of miles away from present day Trav Khar. Early explorers from this nation first landed on the island off the coast of present day Seattile. During this time, the land became known as "Savage Land" because of a bunch of tribes in the area that were said to practice human sacrifice. The first colony was Gerogetown (1772) on the site where the first explorers landed. In the year that followed gold was discovered in the hills nearby, but was near a native village. So the natives saw this as an invasion of their lands and started attacking Gerogetown. Once the homeland found out about this, they started sending thousands of troops to drive the natives off the island. This cost the lives of many people on both sides. Once the natives were kicked off their land (1774). It was decsided that a fort would be built to defend the northen part of the island where the natives launched a last ditch effort to retake their land. This fort would be named Fort Defiance, to honor the people who fought against the natives and died. But building Fort Defiance was not enough, the settlers and the royal army launched an attack on the mainland to colonize it further (by this time there was one colony on the mainland, Olympia).

Some of the natives thought that if they helped the settlers they would be spared, they were wrong. It only prolonged their suffering. In the year 1778 these natives were betrayed by the settlers and were forced to into the slums of the cities of the invaders, and accept their belifts. But this was not the end of the story of the natives. In Northen Seattile a small group of natives still fight to reclaim their lands most of these natives are from diffrent tribes, some from the first tribes to fall to the tribes that were betrayed be the settlers. They first would prey on Seattile settlers ethier in towns or on roads and then attack them and then run away with soldiers pursuing them, usally into dense forests, only to be killed one by one, from the arrows of the natives that were dipped in posion from a bug native to Northen Seattile. But even with the aid of posion that had no cure (at the time) it was not enough. In the year 1780 these natives were thrown in prisons and then hanged for crimes against Seattile and the homeland, even though they were never citizens of Seattile and its homeland. So ends the colonization of Seattile and begins the time of revolution.

Revolution: 1788-1793

In the Years following the colonization of this land, its new inhabitions started feeling oppresed by their homeland, from high taxes to unnecessary serarchs and seizures of homes. More and more the settlers were becoming the oppersed.

It was the year 1788 when the first rumors of revolution, were first spoken. Where the colonization begun, so whould its revolution begin here at Gerogetown. Most of these rebels had fought the natives and had years of military experince. But these men were small in numbers and only could win a revolution only if they could get outside help. But they knew there had to be a revolution even without outside help. So in Gerogetown the rebels meet. To discide how to win indepence from their homeland. After several days of debating the rebels descided to use the same strategy the natives used, attacking key military forts and then retreating in to the nearby forests. After years of guerrilla warfare, the rebels were able to take control of Gerogetown and Fort Defiance, and renamed Fort Defiance, Fort Idepence and the island, Liberty Island. Then in the year 1793 a civil war unkown to the rebels cause their eniemies to give up most of their land. So the rebels were able to become a free nation. And a city was built on the site of the last battile of the revolution and this city would be the capital of Seattile, Bellingham.

The Republic of Seattile military

The military is a little bigger then the averge size of a nation's military but advanced compared to others. Everytime a Seattile military force attacks an enemy they first bombard the area with cursie missiles from ships and lanch airstrikes on enemy postions, then send in the infantry and tanks to finish up the enemy.

Seattile Military Doctrine:
The Seattile Republic perfers to fight wars before they begin and from behind the scenes. If war can not be finished before it begins than the Seattile military relies on swift blitzkrieg tactics.

The Army:

The army is the pride of the Seattile military. The army uses a variety of vehicles and weapons to be used in all kinds of situations, from hostage rescues to counter terroism to fullscale battles to black ops. The Seattile army is prepared for almost everything.

The most secretive forces in the army are the troops known as 'Enforcers'. Officaly they don't exist, but they are the best of the best soldiers in Seattile. These men and women are handpicked by General Henderson himself, they are trained for all kinds of missions, if the Republic of Seattile can't engage in fullout war, they send in the Enforcers to do things that normal soldiers would not do, for some of these missions might break internatinal law. So the Enforcers are trained to resist the most harsh of torture techniques and are sometimes given civilian clothing or even the uniforms of the enemy if a mission requires them to go behind enemy lines or when Seattile has not declared war on the enemy nation, so then the goverment can just denie invoment. Enforcers are given weapons that are not used by the averge soldier.

The Air Force

All Seattile piolts are given speical helmets that allow them to lock missiles on enemy planes even those that are below them and indentify friend from foe and can indentify enemy missiles (this is used in the United States military today).

F-22 Raptor
The standard air superiority fighter in the Seattile air force is the F-22 Raptor. Being a stealth fighter it can sneak up on its enemy. The onboard computer allows squadmates to share data and targets in realtime.



F-35 Lightning II
Like the F-22 Raptor the F-35 is a stealth fighter but the F-35 is a multirole fighter
