-The navy is regaining its former strength...also they have invented several tank, soldier, and navy suits all named the Austin Setzer (whatever model it is)
-You wont believe this but when we searched the rubble of what WAS adolf Setzer's underground barrier we found adolf...but not Austin....
-James Setzer will be inaugerated at the funeral also....
-James Setzer is preparing another funeral for Austin Setzer the hour after the funeral for the navy
-Final death toll in the war is...on our side....over 100 million losses...all of them are soldiers deaths....all of them were drafted except a handful of people who volenteered...that means nearly EVERY single person didnt want this war...thank god it ended early due to the...sacrifice...of Austin Setzer

- Construction of a monument on for the Battle on the Tiger Isle strait has begun. It is a metal placard depicting a stylized version of the CIW Navy ships and Admiral Midak with a superimposed Kardas Dragon in the background. Under the placard, there will be a list of all those killed in battle. The idea of scavenging debris to add to the monument was turned down out of fear of radioactive contamination in the area where the battle took place. The CIW military also regards the battle as a tactical defeat, but a strategic victory.
- Count Sudooku expresses concern about the Black Hand and the Yagniz. The CIW is reluctant to interfere at the moment, even if Neo Nibu and Kazzerland give consent, given the poor state of the Navy and airforce.
- Grevious has confirmed that Admiral Helryx will join the Tiger Isle funeral. Sudooku confirmed that he will be present at James Setzer's inauguration and inquires when the two funerals and inauguration will be conducted.

OOC: Austin Setzer was elected PRESIDENT but then the people sort of want a dictatorship because he made so many good choices...so hes dictator on the BIG problems and joins the congress in small...

After the minister of foreign affairs of the peoples Republic of Esgicia, Sri Rabin Dev was informed of this news, he declared MR. James Setzer is not getting entry in this country until he himself undergoes regorous testing to prove he is himself (that and the rumour that Mr. Setzer only prefers transportation which has a coloured driver, and not an white one).

Count Sudooku approaches the stand on the podium. Taking a breath meant to relax him, he began:
"At last, the storm has passed. The war is over. But let us not forget those who ventured to the gate of the lion's den, and did not return. It was their unshakable conviction that our fight, Trav Khar's fight, was elsewhere. It was them that saved Trav Khar from being overrun by the armies of Adolf Setzer. Their courage, their sacrifice, was beyond measure. They ennobled us and they shall not be forgotten.

OOc: What if Austin actually lived? is it possible?

As James Setzer was walking through the funeral ground he comes up to the count and says quickly "i think austin is still alive...we cant find his body and more and more people say they found him...just wanted to let you know...by the way the funeral for Austin is in an hour."

OOC: Doubt it. Given the simply terrifying explosive yields of nuclear weapons (Russia was able to flatten some mountains in some Cold War atomic tests), stuff close to the blast epicenter is likely incinerated. Already Hiroshima had a fireball of several hundred meters wide. And that's not even getting into the radioactive contamination that lingers in an area afterward...

"I see," replied Sudooku. "I would find it unlikely that Austin Setzer survived. If he did, quite a pleasant surprise that will be. Regardless, I will see you at his funeral in an hour then. I have to talk over matters of state with Grevious and Helryx."

OOC: well ive heard of people that hid in the basement then survived...plus if he DID survive the fallout that be pretty much it...youy survived...it would be horible in a nuclear attack survival...you dont know ANYONE anymore and the people you knew are now dead....
-As James Setzer waits for the beggining of Austin's funeral he seems to be worried...Vice president Joe Setzer comes up and says "i know you are wondering if your dads alive...it will be alright" and james says "i know...." then they both leave to mourn

-Count Sudooku had returned. Helryx and Grevious had already flown out- they had other matters to attend to. He proceeded to listen in silence.

- Large-scale construction has begun to replenish the CIW Navy. A significant amount is expected to be ready by the end of the month.
- PM Vazyon inquires about the recent bout of diplomatic silence from most nations.
- Most of the CIW waters are rated to be mine-free.

- A car bomb was set off in the major industrial city of Nordra. Quickly following the unexpected explosion, a swarm of approximately 50 armed personnel launched a hit and run attack on the city streets. All of them had a black hand prominently spray-painted somewhere on their clothing. While the local Kazzeran soldiers were able to expunge the rebels, they still inflicted significant casualties and other minor damages. Combined Kazzeran casualties between the car bomb and the shooting was approximately 200 dead or wounded. About 40 corpses were found from the Black Hand. The city of Nordra is now on military lockdown as Kazzeran soldiers swarm the streets like hounds.
- A day following the attack on Nordra, a small convoy of 3 vehicles attempted to speed through a military checkpoint on the border with Automaticz. They seemed to be heading in the general direction of Austin Setzer. As to be expected, these vehicles were neutralized by the Kazzeran border guards. After searching the burning vehicles, written orders were discovered that told the men in the vehicles to drive to Austin Setzer and attempt to retrieve Adolf Setzer. Obviously, this is troubling because Adolf Setzer has been confirmed to be dead.

-When the funeral was done they brought a coffin into the room....when they opened the coffin believing they found Austin Setzer's body...it was GONE! they know there was a body in it....and for some reason they said only a couple of scratches were on him...we now know he is alive....he left a note that said "i survived the nuke....im going to wait a little before coming out again....and adolf IS dead...after the nuke happened i shot his dead carcass until i ran out of bullets -Austin Setzer"
- James Setzer has given the kazzerland over 50 secret agents and 100 million dollars to deal with these people saying "Adolf may be dead but they arent...i want you to change that...Trav Khar must live on"

"I need to make a phone call," said Sudooku, and promptly left the scene to inform Vayzon.

-The CIW government expresses its deepest regrets about the car bombing in Kazzerland. The presence of pro-Adolf Setzer groups in former allies has dismayed the CIW. The intelligence agency of the CIW is set to investigate the presence of similar elements in the CIW, as the CIW has also been accepting refugees during Adolf Setzer's short reign.
