OOC: Calm people. Canti, you have a bit of a point, but Austin's nation has also twice been a victim of a coup (one which had us on an extended naval battle that ended with a nuke, see pages 3 and further).

- CIW meteorologies bring this urgent message to ALL of Trav Khar: A tropical storm is forming to the east of Trav Khar and is likely to bring its destructive winds to the continent! It is estimated that the hurricane/cyclone will reach Trav Khar in three days (Monday). The meteorologists have also published a path the hurricane/cyclone will take:

The numbers indicate on what day the storm will hit what place. So the CIW island will be affected 4 days from now, while Cantiliahantan will be affected in 7 days. The colors indicate the strength of the storm: red is Category 5, orange is Category 4, full Yellow is Category 3, and light yellow is Category 2. CIW meteorologists are urging all nations to send aid to each other, they also urge all governments to help protects their nation by setting up hurricane shelters ect.
- Count Sudooku announced in a speech that the Omega Virus epidemic is under control, and nearly eliminated. Enough copies of the vaccine have been produced that spares are being sent to Cantiliahantan.
- The CIW accepts the 1 billion dollars from Austin Setzer.
- The CIW also agrees to a trade agreement with Cantiliahantan,

Provost Marshal Von Conlund approaches the podium-he looks older, and one can see from his posture that he is exhausted, his very demeanour speaking of years lost in a matter of days

“People of the Commonwealth, I come to you at this hour, with tidings of the future, as the past still snaps at our heels. I am glad to announce that the Omega pandemic is nearly at an end-we have produced enough vaccines to immunise the nation against future outbreaks, and those who are not cured are stabilised, and the death rate has not reached the projected figures. My heart goes out to those who have lost family, friends or comrades to this plague, though let it serve as a reminder on the need for our nation to struggle forth, to discover all, so that we may disperse the darkness of calamity with the light of discovery.
The international conflict over the cure has also ceased, without the need of Teutonic blood to quench the thirst of war, though the Capital wishes to condemn all involved in the conflict. Austin Setzer, for withholding the cure to Omega for crucial days, costing the lives of many, who could have been saved. Cantiliahantan, for resorting to war, when they were in the wrong, and for offering a mere pittance in reparations, even as they force their hand into affairs that are by no means there’s to meddle in. These barbarians and their blood thirsty queen deserve nothing, the least of all our support. Last, and least, Gonzdara, who’s only crime is to aid the warmongering Cantiliahantanians, in their war mongering rampage, and the failure to crush their rebelling nobility.
But now it is with regret, that I must share with you the present and future. Casualty rates from the Omega plague are estimated at 4.5 million. A vast, shocking figure, I hope you all agree, the majority being our elderly citizens, and the young. The capital plans to erect a memorial for those who died, in respect of their memory, and to remind us that their sacrifice was not in vain, for we shall never be laid low in such a way again!
It also saddens me to see dissatisfaction in some of you. We have seen riots in the streets today, and I wish to assure you, that things WILL become better for our people. Three soldiers and twenty four civil protection officers were injured, and the perpetrators have been arrested, and sent to re-education facilities.
But things will get better, noble comrades, but it is said that the night is darkest before the dawn, and this night is without exception. We have been warned of a vast tropical storm incoming from the east, projected to carve a path of destruction across the continent, and unfortunately across the southern tip of our nation. Though we will certainly not be the worst affected, we will still suffer, but we will be prepared! Existing pre fabricated military support structures are being moved as we speak to the area-Capable of withstanding heavy ordinance we have no doubt that they will shelter those affected by the storm. Evacuation of these areas has also begun, and though the hardship will be severe, we ask you to co-operate, for any inconvenience in life, saves you from death. Today Marshal Provost Von Conlund issued a declaration in which he announced many future plans for our nation. Highlights are as follows.
-the CTP is to take a new isolationist stance after the “barbaric” behaviour of other nations during the Omega pandemic.
-A tropical storm is de to hit the CTP in a minimum of 5 days. Residents are being evacuated, and existing prefabricated military defensive structures, designed fro rapid deployment of front line blockhouses are being erected around the affected areas. Citizens should report to their local evacuation areas immediately for instructions and registration.
-The Omega pandemic is ended as all cases have been stabilised, and vaccinations are being issued to all citizens. Report to your local surgery for immediate immunisation. Do not fail to report any potential infections to your nearest authority.
-the CTP refuses all foreign aid, in protest over recent international actions.
-Despite requests, the CTP will withhold recourses from the international community in the current crisis, until the storm has passed over the CTP, and priorities may be made.
-The Commonwealth will not be participating in the new Trav Khar union, after the advisor for trade described it as “a blatant front to channel trade and recourses to nations who are only worthy of diplomacy on the point of a bayonet.” Whilst other speakers came to the more diplomatic conclusion that it limited the rights of nations, and was therefore, undesirable to the People of the Teutonic Commonwealth.

Hello this is Rick Setzer and im the newest reporter for the countries biggest news network, heres todays news
-austin Setzer is cheering in the streets as the dome is now completed, the inventions all made, and that everything is well with them
-Austin sends a message to all nations saying "thanks to our engineering our dome can withstand hurricane force winds....even though it may cuse small to medium damage, we encourage you to evacuate citizens here, for this is the safest place to be. do not be fooled, we are preparing for the worst, and we might have trouble accommadating ALL of you, so send your best choices
-We are steadily growing in the military, over 15 million per month, that is little indication though, since the growth rate is 300 million per month.
-Several protest have been happening due to the CTP and their insulting speech, they say "You shall be left behind in the world!" and "You can't hide from the world, only the world canhide from you!"
-Even though CTP has cut off trade, we shall still send them 1 billion more, along with all the other countries in the cyclones path to prepare for the worst...
-Austin Setzer himself made a comment on the Trav Khar Union

-Hello Seattile, we bring you some troubling news, we have gotton word from KBF News that a storm will hit Trav Khar in three days, and will hit Seattile in about 5 days. *Shows map of the storm's projectery*. As you can see the storm will enter Seattile from the north and will pass over Bremerton, and will miss Bellingham by about 50 miles, it will then go out to sea and then back into Seattile near Olympia, where most of the refuges from the civil war are, then it will go into Gonzdara.
-We also have some more bad news, it appears that a battle is going on in Tacoma near the northen Gonzdara border. The military has refused to comment on who is attacing, but some sources say that Gonzdara Knights are attacking Tacoma, but no one has confirmed this. Have a nice day.
