CIW Police are believed to have found Dr. Medz, but this has not been confirmed.
Gonzdarian citizens and even soilders have positioned themselves around the wall of Austin Sezer, demanding that Austin reveals the secrets to their lack of disease. King Mercer has not declared to support the soilders, but he has not exactly done anything to stop them.
We will keep you updated on the situation outside of the wall.

Lord Reginald: Very good. I propose that since most of our forces are in Seattille anyways, we start our base of operations here. If we carry out minor attacks on Seattille towns, then that might attract King Mercer to come to this nation unguarded once again.

PLAN 34 “Deliverance”

In light of the plague, it has been seen necessary to prepare a contingency plan as a last resort. This is the final draft of said plan.
Intelligence has reported that all citizens of Austin Setzer are free of Omega. All calculations state that a large proportion of the populace should be infected. This suggests a perfected cure. If such is the case, then the Austin Setzer government is keeping the cure/vaccine for themselves, hence dooming millions in the international community to a fully preventable death. This, linked with the current preperations for defence suggests a secret kept hidden. This travesty cannot be allowed to stand.
The preparation of The Setzer defences leaves many things unaccounted for, mainly the weaknesses created by the implausibility of the dome. The very nature of this structure allows for the deprivation of basic recourses. Namely that of air. The schematics for the construction shows that it is airtight “against airborne infection”. As a result several air access points must exist along the surface of this dome. Surgical strikes against these sites would force Austin Setzer to reveal the secrets to success, whilst being unable to retaliate, without the risk of damaging the nation’s only source of air, as our projections show that under current predictions, oxygen can last for only so long inside the ridiculous tactical blunder. Seizing these points would also limit any cooling capacity. The come would become a greenhouse, and as a result, water would soon dry up, and desertification would take place. Under such conditions, the nation will fall to its knees. Any aggression will be countered in the destruction of one of the stations. If the demands of the world are not met, the People’s Commonwealth will see fit to use the salvation of Austin Setzer as the tool of its destruction. We resort to such tactics to create the greatest world wide atrocity ever seen. Action will be taken if demands or not met within the week, and such an ultimatum will be issued within days.

But We came up with it, and i was right in my hunch that if the vaccine was made, my nation would be under threats, weirdly enough even Gonzdara, once our savior, is threatening to destroy us, even though we have sent samples of the cure to them, strange as it is, this reveals the true faces of the nations, it proves that all of man looks out for themselves, if given the choice between an ally or themselves, they will, most of the time, choose themselves. I have patended the cure, and will give the cure to Kardas, Gonzdara, teutonic, and seatille...as for the others, mainly cantil, you have been a thorn in our sides for a long time, you were the first to attack, you were the first to threaten, you were, and are, our main enemy...we will give the cure to you, but it will cost you...we shall negotiate the prices later...at the meeting...As for the dome, let me explain the whole process to you, the main problem has been air, food, and water. The airis being worked on, with our research efforts to make air out of CO2, we shall call it the airmaker, the airmaker will also work as a filter, preventing any airborne diseases to come into our nation, the food and agriculture shall be made from the transparency of the dome, giving us sunlight to grow our crops, and the water can also be collected from the air, or we can expand the dome to include our coast, giving us a chance to test our salt to freshwater converter. This is the beggining of a age...an age of prosperity, an age of love, and a age of safety, the golden age has passed, here comes the diamond age...thank you

Sudooku, Vayzon and Grevious are looking at the epidemic statistics.
"I can bear this no longer," Sudooku finally commented. He was beginning to show signs of exhaustion.
"You're sure you don't..." Vayzon started.
"No. I'll stay at this for as long as I can. The Confederacy needs my help."
"Any word on Medz?" Grevious asked.
"Police are still busy lookin'. Takes slowly, y'know, with the epidemic and all. No responses to the police broadcast have been noted either."
"A grim situation," Sudooku muttered, "but hope shall never die gentlemen. I can assure you of it."
Grevious was unsure if the Count truly meant the last sentence. Vayzon was about to sarcastically reply about the deteriorating economy due to the epidemic, but decided that would only make matters worse. Grevious decided on another approach.
"Sir, you have heard about the theoretical cure possessed by Austin Setzer right?"
Sudooku nodded. "You see," Grevious continued, "I called a meeting with my staff on the matter and decided that military action against the Setzers should be a possibility. We can exploit the structural weaknesses inherent in the dome to punch a way in by force or send a SpecOps team."
Sudooku remained silent.
"Yeah, right, and what if they noticed us going in there and stealing some bottles?" Vayzon cut back.
"War between the CIW and the Setzers is a possible outcome," Grevious said darkly, "We know that they still possess nuclear weaponry that they will threaten to use. However, the long-term ramifications of a nuclear strike are outweighed by the mutability and spreading skills of the Omega virus. If this continues, Omega will claim more lives than a series of missiles ever will."
Deathly silence reigned in the room.
"Sudooku," Grevious' tone was suddenly very serious and very soft. "Untold lives are at stake here. We need your approval for a task like this."
Though weary of the day, Sudooku did understand the core of the matter. "So it comes to pass that I must choose the lesser of two evils. General, you have my permission, but before your plan is set in motion, I must hear back from the Austin Setzer government and Minister Kopaka. I do not want bloodshed if it is needless."
Vayzon and Grevious both nodded. "Agreed."

After the Speech- KBF News
- Police are still verifying the evidence on Medz. Progress is slow, as the epidemic has claimed many lives in the police force.
- The economy is also suffering from the Omega epidemic, as many people are not turning up to work anymore.
- Thomas Kopaka has announced that he has received several vials of the Setzer Omega cure and has requested the military to send in transport craft to pick up the cure serum.

Captain Rodrick: Well firstly, about Queen Alexandria, head aid Yukimo reported her infection dissapeared but she is still being taken to the quarentine zone just to be safe. Is this acceptable?
King Mercer: Yes.
Captain Rodrick. Very good. Also, Cantihilahantan has made the first strike on the Austin Setzer dome, even though Austin revealed his cure to us. We are caught in a predicament. Its obvious Canti is in the wrong here, but they are our allies, who do we support?
King Mercer: Austin has given us the cure? That is all I wanted. Now that Queen Alexandria is as good as dead, I have no loyalty to the Cantians, tell all soilders to attack the Cantian invaders. Send the GAO and GSWO to Canti and bombard their cities. We will finnally make them pay for their barbaric ways *tears roll down his face*

"We got reeesults!" Vayzon exclaimed. The improved cure is stagnating infection rates! Positive results on 80% on those in the intensive care section!"
The results Vayzon's news could be seen visibly on Sudooku's face, as if all the fatigue evaporated. Regardless, the Count was remarkably quiet.
"At last," Sudooku spoke. "Just don't give me the final statistics on the epidemic. I know many perished unfairly, I don't wish to know the extent of it."
"Doable," Vayzon shrugged.
"And our scientists' progress?" Sudooku inquired.
"Test samples have been sent to the lab, and scientists are recreating the chemical combos as we speak. Hopefully, we'll have enough for the rest of the hospital and military soon."
"Excellent."
"Count Sudooku, Vayzon, sir." Grevious entered. "This is just in. War is declared between Setzer and Canti. Setzer refuses to give the serum. Nuclear assault is a threat."
Vayzon was stunned. "From the frying pan into the fire. What are they, nuts!?"
"Vayzon, calm." Sudooku sounded stern. "This is tragic. What is the state of our military forces."
"Devastated," Grevious replied dryly. "Especially the Navy is experiencing a lack of crew at the time being. It will take time to regain full operational capacity."
"Can we surely not intervene?" was Sudooku's reply.
"Better to wait until the cure is fully distributed," Grevious replied.
"Well we could send spares to Canti..." Vayzon suddenly commented.
"Yes," Sudooku nodded. "As soon as our epidemic problems are under control and partial quarantine is lifted, we can supply Cantiliahantan with the vaccine. I will send them a message about it."
"Okay. And the fighting?" Vayzon cut in.
Grevious cleared his throat. "We wait."

- With the epidemic under control, all reports of Sudooku's ill health have disappeared. The Count himself addressed the state of the epidemic in a speech today. Sudooku also announced that, when the CIW has enough vaccines, spares can be sent to Cantiliahantan. This is interpreted to be a move to cease fighting between Austin Setzer and Cantiliahantan. No announcement of CIW military involvement has been made yet. It is likely that the CIW will postpone any military actions until its armed forces are at full strength again.
