- No news has yet been received on the CIW contribution to the conflict in Seattile. It is likely that the CIW is holding positions until the nuclear weapons are disabled.
- PM Vayzon has requested that the CIW starts an investigation of their own into the cure-all serum. "You see, from what I... see, a rash is a small side-effect. We know what happens, it cures, with one small price. But then you see something's altering the bargain! Nausea? Swelling? I don't see that on the tiny print? *holds up bottle*. It's not that I don't trust Gonzdara on this, but we gotta see if the benefits really do outnumber the costs."
- A comparatively small landslide occurred today in an isolated area in the mountain range to the north of the country. Earth Scientists claim that wind erosion is to blame. There is no damage however, as it was so far into the mountains.

OOC: Basically, we are dealing with the terrorists in Seattile, which ironicly are also being fought by the terrorists Gonzdara. Weve been delayed because Cantahilahantan declared war on Skooby Snaks due to a dispute over moving soilders. The war with Canta was ended when King Mercer of Gonzdara arranged a marriage with Duchess Alexandria of Cantahilahantan, joining our two nations. Now we are still trying to fix Seattille, but we are having difficulty because of the side effects of the "Cure-all" serum that Gonzdarian scientists developed by studying CIW Dragons.

-Neo Nibu has close it's boarders to immigrants, not allowing foreigners to move in and barring all foreign tourist for the time being.
-Travel outside of the country has been highly restricted, allowing exceptions only for visits to see family members living in foreign countries, important educational or scholarly events, and of course for the increasing popular Trav Khar Lug Championship matches.
-The new policies of the Emperor has several Council members upset at the new Isolationist policies. Several Ydewn Cities Representatives on the High Council have spoken out against the Emperor on these matters, stating that it will destroy the Economy.

OOC: The "cure-all" serum was developed by Gonzdarian scientists that were experimenting with Dragons in the CIW. They claimed it was effective in stopping 99.9% of all germs known to man, but now its causing problems due to the side effects.

Captain Rodrick: Yes sir, im afraid they are. Swelling, vommiting, naseua, and halucinations are all things that have recently been reported from the other nations.
King Mercer: Damn, I really thought that serum heald real potential. Just tell the other nations to stop using the serum and give them a gift basket or somthing.
Captain Rodrick: Its not that simple sir. The serum has mutated and is now a virus itself, and a very highly contaigious one at that.

Nowhere is private in Gonzdara anymore *he looks down at his desk, solemly* ive been told by the Knights that we cant intervene in Seattile, it has somthing to do with buisness intrests they have there. As for the Cure-All serum, ive sent orders to the CIW Research Lab to devote all of their research to cureing the cure-all, as ironic as that sounds.
*King Mercer walks to his window and looks out at the city* im done with the corruption. Put this on *King Mercer throws a Knight Uniform to Duchess Alexandria, and puts one on himself* I have a chopper waiting outside to take us to Seattille, ill fight the rebels myself. Although I dont know what the Knights will do when they find that im gone.

General Henderson: Mr. president your plane is ready for take off.
President Morey: Good it would be nice to get back to Bellingham.
Gerneral Henderson: Ya it would be nice. But I don't think we seen the last of the rebels, we havn't found their leaders, I do have hunch, I think maybe some sentors are funding the rebels.
President Morey: Are you sure about this?
Henderson: Yes sir I am. I would also like to start a military program.
Morey: Ok, but what is its purpose going to be?
Henderson: This civil war has shown us that our military is not that ready for large scale conflicts as we thought it would. So I would like to start a secert special forces progam code named Enforcer. It would train specially selected soldiers for counterterrorism, hostage rescuring and captureing, plus these soldiers would get their own uniforms that don't show anything that can say they are Seattile soldiers and they have been trained to withstand most torture tactics. So if they are in a diffrent country, it won't cause an international inccident or a war. Also during peace time they will be used as police.
President Morey: Very well you can contine with this project.
Henderson: Also sir you know that "Cure All Serum".
President Morey: Yes, didn't the Gonzdara goverment devlope it?
Henderson: Yes sir they did, but just don't try it.
President Morey: Why would I, the Seattile Health Deparment says they need to test it before it can be used by the public.
Henderson: I know sir. But they won't need to test it, because the nations that have been useing it, say it has some bad side effects.
President Morey: Then get rid of the crates the serum is in.
Henderson: It won't be that easy sir, it's becoming a virus and some how it has gotten on the black market.
President Morey: Why can't they wait for it to be advablie to the public like everone else?
General Henderson: Thats the point they got it some how and are selling it to people.
President Morey: Ok, tell SNN that if anyone has or is using the serum than they should go into quarantine.
General Henderson: Yes sir it will be done.
